{ modelId, mode, state }. A state of AVAILABLE means the model is ready to use.object
The accepted Batch submit surface and its constraints: the
uploadId / mediaUrl choice (exactly
one), audioTrackIndex, languageHint, waitForCompletion / waitTimeoutMs, every options
field including exportFormats (pre-generation only), each exportOptions[] control,
notifyUrl / notifyOnCompletion and clientMetadata. options.processingContentStorage
notes that account eligibility is not verified; options.matchKnownSpeakers is listed as not
